Usage of the reports and Identification Number of the Notified Body:
Reports shall not be reproduced other than in full except with the permission of the Notified Body.
Reports without signature and seal are not valid. The results shown in the test reports refer only to the sample(s) tested unless otherwise stated.
Client must ask permission to use notified body's logos and identification number. Logo and identification number of the Notified Body must not be used in a way to cause any misunderstanding.
